Abducted father of crypto-millionaire freed in French police raid

The father of a crypto-millionaire who was abducted in Paris on Thursday was freed by French police in a weekend raid, prosecutors said. The kidnappers chopped one of the father’s fingers off, a source close to the investigation said, and had tried to force his son to pay a ransom of between five million and seven million euros.
