How to lose weight for good: A new masterclass with Shahroo Izadi

“Just amazing, life enhancing”
Lisa, previous masterclass attendee
If diets work, then why do many of us have to keep coming back and starting one, a different one, again and again? Why do many of us, despite managing to do difficult things all the time, feel powerless when it comes to making moderate, healthy, food choices? So much so, that some choices can send us spiralling into negative self-talk and sabotaging binges.
In this motivating workshop led by Shahroo Izadi, behavioural change scientist and bestselling author of The Last Diet, you will gain the self-empowerment needed to initiate self-directed change, even if you’ve historically been resistant to it.
This practical workshop will teach you how to manage your weight for the rest of your life. What’s more, you’ll learn this without being told what to eat. It’s a lesson that Shahroo’s learnt both professionally and personally – she lost 55kg by transforming her old eating habits.
Through a series of interactive exercises, you’ll build a personal toolkit to:
- Overcome negative self-talk and self-sabotage
- Stay motivated without relying on willpower
- Make changes that last, without feeling restricted
You’ll leave with a clear plan and a new understanding of what’s been holding you back – not just in relation to food, but in any area where habits feel hard to change.
New: Post-Workshop Support
Making changes is one thing – sticking to them is another. That’s why we’re now offering optional post-workshop support to help you put what you’ve learned into practice.
For those who want extra guidance, there will be two follow-up group check-ins with Shahroo, held fortnightly after the session. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still be able to submit questions and watch the recordings.
Shahroo Izadi is a behavioural change specialist, coach, and speaker, described by Women’s Health as “Britain’s answer to Brené Brown.” Her work is rooted in years of experience in addiction treatment across clinical, community, and prison settings.
She is the bestselling author of The Kindness Method and The Last Diet and her approach has helped thousands of people change their habits with more self-compassion and less struggle.
If you’re fed up with yo-yo dieting, quick-fixes, and miracle cures, this workshop is for you. If you want to achieve your weight goals and still love food. If you want to do this while nurturing your own well-being, let this be the last time you ever start from scratch again.
